Equity Program

  • Equity is vital, and Bhairavi Svaha offers need-based access for people who are receiving disability benefits, veterans and those classified as low income households. We also provide discounted assistance for those who are unemployed, single parents, full-time students, retired, living with a fixed budget, survivors of violence, LGBTQIA2S+ and BIPOC on a need based basis.

    These programs are available to those who apply, and cannot be used with other discounts or shared with family and friends.

  • We strive to make our services and programs accessible to everyone. We offer need based access to veterans, people on short, long term or permanent disability, and households that qualify as low-income. We are not qualified to determine veteran status, what is or isn't a disability or household low income, and rely on confirmation from a medical doctor or government agency.

    VETERANS

    All US Military veterans are requested to scan or photo of their DD-214, state issued ID with Veteran endorsement or VA card to qualify. This discount only applies to veterans, and does not include family members of veterans.

    Qualifying documents can include:

    *VA card

    *DD-214 (or other honorable discharge paperwork)

    *Military service records

    *State-issued driver's license OR photo ID with a veteran classification

    DISABILITY

    Those who have a long or short term medical disability are requested to provide either a certification from a physician or a disability income acceptance letter as proof of disability to qualify.

    Qualifying documents can include:

    *A signed letter from a doctor, hospital, or government agency stating short, long-term or permanent disability

    *SSDI income awarding letter OR update to benefit statement

    *Direct Deposit Check

    LOW-INCOME

    To apply for low-income assistance, please send us a copy of your tax return for the previous year. To qualify, your yearly taxes must state that your income is below the federal poverty level. If you are unsure whether or not you qualify, please check here. Other forms of proof of income can be accepted on a case by case basis.

    Qualifying documents include:

    *Tax return (returned and completed by the IRS, current or last year's)

    *EBT card (in combination with state-issued photo ID or license)

    *Medicaid card (in combination with state-issued photo ID or license)

    *SSI awarding letter OR update to benefit statement

  • We believe in helping everyone reach the highest expression of themselves and recognize this includes discounted assistance in special cases. Discounts are based on various life circumstances and hardships.

Equity programs are limited and evaluated based on need. To determine if you qualify, please reach out below with the session or program of interest and which category of consideration you want to discuss. You do not need to provide documentation until you are approved for pre prequalification. Discounts are based on individual circumstances and financial need. Discounts cannot be combined with monthly or other discounts offered.
